They had recent, successful experience in selling high-priced homes in the area, including 2 sales in our small Moana Circle neighborhood. Brendan and his colleagues were extremely professional and competent in marketing data gathering, in advice and efforts to attractively profile and prepare the property for sale, and in comparable properties analysis and pricing. They were effective and always available to meet or talk with us. Brendan was our primary agent, but in those rare cases when he had other responsibilities, his colleagues on The Moore Team were a seamless backup for Open Houses and sales prospect showings. In addition, he had a wide collection of service specialists: legal advisers, contractor personnel, etc., to refer us to for any needed work. Beyond that, he and his team were ‘hands-on’ to personally fix problems when needed. At one point, a bear invasion battered our pantry door and spread food and debris across carpets and floors. When he called to report this, he also told us he and a colleague had personally cleaned up the mess and replaced the broken pantry door. We had an extended ‘on-market’ experience, largely due to a first buyer default that resulted in a settlement to us from buyer deposit money. Brendan and the team were helpful in addressing this problem including referrals to our legal help. More importantly, they restarted the sales campaign expeditiously with updated materials, obtaining a successful new offer and final closing.
